If you are in the mood to have some takeout, this spot is nice. It's fast, self serve (3 stars for service) because you order through the kiosk so thats half the service in my opinion, the burger is juicy and greasy (I like it every now and then). The fries are ok but I much prefer the truffle fries but they took it off the menu. Nice fast spot, nice environment, I'll go again.

The manager of this location, Jasmine, was absolutely wonderful with my 2 year old son! Came over and gave him a bracelet and was extremely kind. Would definitely come here again because of her!

David was in the dining area and was overt helpful and friendly. Had I known he was going to be so helpful and attentive I would have tipped more. But I figured since I was ordering myself that is didn’t make much since. This guy is great and I hope he grows into a managerial roll here or helping someone one out they has a company and snags him from here. I’m really impressed with service. I am with him. Enough to fill out this survey and mention him specifically.

Came to enjoy a grilled cheese with avocado and tomato. Only to find out my favorite waiter P is on a leave of absence. Whats that about?!?! Food is great btw. Eminems great too.

What you need to know about Shake Shack is that their burgers are bomb. On par with Five Guys and Habit Burger. Fully customizable toppings with options like gluten free bun and fried mushroom for vegetarians! I'm always satisfied and this location has the friendliest staff too!!

Extremely helpful and friendly service at this location! The staff kept everything clean and orderly, creating a peaceful oasis during a time when people everywhere seem to be losing their minds post-Christmas. Truly appreciated the calm and welcoming atmosphere—well done! And with vegetarian options! (I ordered a veggie shack)

The food is phenomenal as always but I’m leaving a review because David was a phenomenal customer service help. He was really respectful, he checked up on us numerous times and helped us get condiments and napkins. It felt like I was at a restaurant that’s how high level he was working. Great employee!
